Impuruza ku bimenyetso bya stress benshi bafata nk’indwara z’amayobera cyangwa amarozi

Mu gihe abantu benshi bahura n’agahinda gakabije, igihombo cyangwa ihungabana rikomeye, umubiri ushobora kwigaragaza mu uryo butamenyerewe. Bimwe mu bimenyetso bya stress n’ihungabana bishobora gufatwa nk’indwara zidasobanutse cyangwa uburozi nyamara ari impuruza y’umubiri ukeneye gutabarwa.
Mu Rwanda hirya no hino hari abantu bagira ibimenyetso nk’ibi :
-Ibinya mu ntoki, mu birenge cyangwa mu maso
-Amajwi mu matwi (amajereri) iyo uri ahacecetse cyangwa uryamye
-Umutima utera cyane cyangwa nabi mu ijoro
-Uburibwe mu mugongo , mu ntugu no mu nkokora
-Gucika intege cyangwa ukumva agasereri , ugacanganyikirwa ukiyumva nk’utari wowe.
Abenshi bajya kwa muganga babapima bakabura indwara ifatika batangira kuvuga ko barozwe cyangwa barwaye indwara z’amayobera.
Ibi, nk’uko ubushashatsi bubigaragaza ni ibimenyetso bya stress ikabije cyangwa ihungabana (Trauma) umubiri ugaragaza mu buryo bwawo.
Dr Besser Van der Kolk umushakashatsi n’umuganga mu bijyanye n’ihungabana, avuga ko umubiri ubitse agahinda n’ubububabare, iyo umutwe udashoboye kubyakira umubiri ariwo ubitabariza.
Ubushashatsi buheruka bwa Harvard Medical school bwagarageje ko ; ihungabana ritavuwe neza ritera imikorere mibi y’imitsi n’ubwonko, rishobora gutera ibinya, ububababare bw’umubiri , ihungabana ry’amajwi n’amasura.
Umubiri ugaragaza stress mu gihe cyo kuryama kuko aribwo umuntu aba atuje.

Abantu bagirwa inama yo kudapfobya ibimenyetso by’umubiri bifite inkomoko mu mutima. Iyo wiyitaho uko bikwiye , umubiri n’umutima bigarura ituze n’imbaraga.
